HA!!

Caught me! Man, I only ran my prior one 3 times and I regret selling it. So I had to pick up this work of art from MC.

Finally took the Neu down and looked at the front end bell. The reason there is only 1 set screw on the front is because the front end bell is actually screwed on to the can. The screw is there to keep it screwed on. I guess the wreck was bad enough to free the rear end support and allow these threads on the front to strip. I didn't catch it in time so the can bounced a bit and gawled the thread so that the front endbell now basically slides on to the can. These Neu's are surely powerful motors but are meant for boating or air/heli applications.

I'll definitely be sending this motor back to Neu to have the can replaced. Hopefully they have the new style cans in the 1521 size where the front endbell is part of the can.

Otherwise, the CC1520 is doing just fine in the beast, with no rear motor support also. It sure is a power house like the Neu motor.

I'm still on the hunt for some good low profile 40 series tires. I'll probably settle for the 40 series Bowties are they are still really grippy on all terrains.
