Tower is not what it used to be, slowass processing and I deal with them a lot less because of that.

They seems as a collective entity to have become a bit 'retarded'

Can't really attribute this one to them, but overall they kinda suck, so there's my rant lol

As unpleasant as your situation is you should consider yourself lucky. At least Tower is working with you to resolve the issue. There are a lot more companies out there who just don't give a crap and will leave you hanging with their mistake. TH is doing their part by paying for your return postage, and sending you a new motor.

About two years ago I ordered a motor/ESC combo kit from TH and when the box arrived inside was a two part epoxy kit. It was obvious to me that someone had switched out the contents of the package during packing and kept the combo kit, because the epoxy was in the motor/ESC packaging. TH started an in house investigation trying to find out who was stealing from them, and the matter of my motor/ESC order was resolved. Sure it took a lot longer than I would have liked, but I was happy that they took care of the problem without making the situation worse. This is the risk we all take dealing with on line ordering. Be thankful that TH is a pretty standup company and that they will work with you to resolve the problem. Some times these things happen. I have spent thousands of dollars with them and I am quite content with how they handle my business.

Sorry to hear they didnt just send out a new motor but, its not just a $5-10 part IMO... No offense.

I completely understand, but, I spend over $2K /year with them going back 8-10 yrs...so you would think that they would mail me out a new one pronto and charge my card for a new one while the old one is on it's way back then credit my acct. once the unwanted one returns. Doesn't seem to complicated to me to do this for a good customer..either way they are getting their money and if I do not send the other motor back, they made another sale.

I do not feel as I should have to buy another motor and pay shipping again, ( just on principle )send the other motor back, etc..

Have you tried calling and speaking with someone directly? They are most cooperative when you use a little tact and try working things out with them from a more personal level. I am sure that this could have been worked out to your benefit if you really wanted it to. Still you will end up getting your way, just not as quickly as you would have liked.
