Damn dude, you keep squeezing those big motors in there!

Kershaw has a mount that raises the motor up a bit to clear the shock mount. Its one of his funky designs though and it doesn't use the stock traxxas cast piece. I'm thinking about making a new motor plate to raise the motor, but while using the stock cast aluminum piece as well. I'm sure Monster Mike could come up something much nicer and cleaner than I could though. Hint Hint

Even though I do have a 1717 in my second Revo (pretty much a shelf piece) I can't see too many people going out and doing the same. Just way too much of an overkill so making a mount for mass sale doesn't make much financial sense to me. Anyway the 1518 is about as a perfect of a match for the Revo as you could get and it will fit with only minimal messing about.
