I'd say the similarities with the Slash end at the body. Chassis might be somebody else

I am with you on this one. It looks to be very different under the shell.

In reality, many rc cars look similar under the shell and the slash 4x4 is not exactly a revolutionary product. Cool, yes. Durable, yes. Fun, yes. However, unique, not so much so.
