If your going to buy a HK esc, then get the turnigy trackstar/toro esc. Looks very good for the price.

I thought of that one, seriously considered it for a bit but I havn't really read anyone using one on 6s lipo.

try hobbywing 80amp or 150 amp xerun esc

The motor was $84.5 + $18 postage (express)
ESC was $108 delivered ("free" postage on ebay/rc echo)
And the conversion kit was $29 + $15 postage.

So $236.50

TCmodels have the Xerun 150A for $79 right now, was very tempted to buy one.
