I did have tape over the rear bearing and had grub screws loc-tited in the extra mounting holes. Its a live and learn situation I suppose! (although this is my second time with this happening lol) Sand is tricky stuff to try and keep out- it gets EVERYWHERE!

I will have to pick up some electronics spray and see if I can get it to work again.
