I am very happy with my Hobao Hyper ST Pro. I bought a used car with lots of parts for about 200$. I used RCM motor-mount and battery tray. I modified a D8T tray, but I think the MBX6T tray is a better fit, or custom. I had to change to MBX6 mudguards to get enough room for the battery, the 6T mudguards would be even nicer.

To make it bulletproof I upgraded the front and rear diffs to spider's, the center spider diff is stock on the Pro. I also changed to hobao 20mm big bores. Now the car could be raced(I haven't yet), but its a little heavy I think. Its the perfect basher though, very durable.

Other cars I like from what I've read/seen/heard; MBX6T, RC8-T w. RCM chassis conversion, XT8 w. RCM chassis kit, or D8T with Tekno v4 maybe?

I have the cars that I really wanted before I got them ;-)
