interesting, agree with you on all accounts. I wont get one ever, just seems to be a gimmick to get noobs to buy a "badass" battery.

I don't like the fact they advertise the plastic as being "fireproof ABS". I'm sure some noobs will think this means the lipo is totally safe...sigh.

at least they are trying to make some advancement though, this in one that I hope flops.

I think there definitely is a point where you could make a hardcase lipo too strong. If a cell puffs and the case can't swell the pressure will continue to build. Eventually when it fails instead of a gradual venting it would be catastrophic i.e. exploding lipo and plastic shrapnel in your face.
