I had the same issue with mine recently. I just dremeled them to get a fit. It was annoying but I really didn't want to fool with sending them back at the time, I wanted to be up and running.

Just contact tech support, they will get you a free set sent out.
We had an issue with one run of females -- there was a machine setup problem and the tolerances were off by a couple thousandths. We are replacing all those connectors for free. Thanx! Patrick President, Principle Engineer Castle Creations |
