And Harold thank you sir. You are always an inspiration to the rest of us. Realizing the obstacles that you have to endure every day through some of your posts give the rest of us reason to not complain about the little things that piss us off so we can think more positively and keep our forward motion. You are a trooper Harold and I can only wish you the best in everything you do. Life is good no matter what. We have to push right through all of the BS that tries to keep us down and find happiness as much as we possibly can.

We just awoke from our second night here in Orlando and it is already like 85f outside. We will do a little running about, and more than likely spend some time sitting by the pool so we have a nice wet place to stay cool. One of the shocking things for me was seeing that the theme parks have doubled their prices over the last five years from the mid $50's to now at $125 for a two park two day pass. What a pisser that is, considering that I use to work for Universal Studios Orlando as a rollercoaster technician, and get my six tickets for free every month. Oh well we are here to relax and take it easy for a couple of weeks.

Sorry to hear no vacation James. I am sure that you will make up for it in other ways for sure. So how about the rest of you guys?

Thanks Jerry. I learned early in my life that I was a "leader" and that my attitude and presence in a room can completely change it's dynamic.

I'm often accused on facebook of "looking for pity". I am so not that guy. I write what I write because it is the facts of the situation I am in, and like you said Jerry, to show all the whiners out there that it could always be worse.

I'm glad that you get to be state side for a while. I hope you and the wife get fully recharged.

What are other people up to?

Not sure if it is anything more than the large volume of fart gas that you expel making the room more "dynamic" (lots of coughing and running must be very dynamic)...

I always enjoy your whining Harold. Don't let Jerry get your head all big with his brown nosing, he just cannot help himself, he just thinks you are a sexy beast. (told me so himself in a pm, I threw up in my mouth a little while reading it)

An just to let eveyone know the humidiy reached 150% (maybe more) today. Nice day to be working in a metal building with no shade over it. I can imagine what a steamed veggie feels like.

Anyways, the wife and I are considering have in swimming pool put in at the new house. Expensive, but it sure would be gangsta. I will have to post pics so yall can drool over the pimp in his board shorts, looking all miami!

OMG now you made me throw up in my mouth, but I could not stop it there. Please keep the Playgirl photos to yourself James. They might appreciate those over on TRX though.

The pool sounds like a great idea considering how the temps are rising higher every year. Just having a pool is a plus, and you can recover about half of your investment if you decide to sell down the road. Even more if you landscape it well. Good luck with your project and please share pics of the pool, not yourself....

I have to admit the gasy comments about Harold cracked me up. Too funny.

Great day. - 06.24.2011, 05:52 PM

What a great day. We managed to gather up our 6 year old grandaughter and her mother and took them to "WET & WILD" for the day (& got them season passes). It got up to around 95f and the park was a full on blast. She had never been to a waterpark before so this was a real treat for all of us. One of our sons drove down from Pennsicola to join us for a week as well so there is still much to do. The rides were a lot of fun, but the little one was the peach of the day for me. She is so cute and the last time we saw her was about three years ago, but she still seemed to remember who we are, and was so happy to spend the day with us. So now we are all getting showered and cleaned up so we can take her to see Kungfu Panda 2 at 7pm. This makes the whole trip worthwhile. We are planning to go to Universal over the weekend so I will get to ride the coasters once again. Now this is the way vacations should be spent. Having fun and sharing it with our youngest family members. I hope to see some posts like this from some of you out there as well. James, get back to work.
