the packs that i posted links to will fit in the stampede. they are listed as slightly too big for the battery tray, but they do fit. hobbyking tends to slightly overrate the size of their packs. its to prevent people from complaining about packs not fitting their application.


They say a good mechanic only needs 2 tools - WD40 & Duct tape. If it moves, and its not supposed to, duct tape. If it doesn't move, and its supposed to, WD40.

Gotta do a small amount of trimming for the battery wires. Takes 1 minute...

I am running 2s to keep the part breakage down, and the shear fun level up. Get about 35 minutes out of each pack. The P4de is a great simple little basher!

When it's time for me to rebuy, i will be buying the nano-techs. I use them in my truggy and rock-racer and they have a great discharge and slightly longer runtimes.
