I don't like ripping on people and the guy comes up with some pretty cool ideas, but his excecution needs work. He only uses flat stock that is cut on a water jet, limiting how he can design and assemble parts and the aluminum isn't the greatest quality stuff either. I've seen his baja conversion and other stuff up close in person, and these are my opinions of it. The other mount that obeast44 is talking about looks alot better than the kershaw one

Edit: he is the only person I've seen selling rollers of the XB-E though, and that part is tempting

Seeing as this (links below) just came out i think i am going to go this route. Its losi, so it will be tuff, and there will be huge parts availability and after market hop-ups too. The only bad thing is that is a RTR and i would prefer a kit as i dont need the servos, gas motor, or radio. I am guessing they might release a kit form in 6 months or so. They do already have hop-up parts available. And the chassis layout will be super easy for a nice conversion. Looks like it could fit a Castle 2028 motor no problem. The dimensions look real nice.

Thatd be very interesting for sure! I assume the 2028 will be placed where the fuel tank is and the batteries out back? Keep us posted :)

yeah, pretty sweet huh! did you check out the dimensions on it? wheelbase is like 1.5" longer than the Baja 5t and overall is longer and wider than the 5t. Would be a fun rig. I need to ebay some shiz first to justify the purchase but i will post any progress for sure.
