I believe Castle themselves rate the magnets for 200*F, though we tend to say 180*F to make sure the motor isn't being ran right upto the failure point, allowing a buffer as such.

If it's hitting 150*F at the end of the run & you aren't babying it, then I reckon you're good to go really.
