Broke the Racer X down for making and installing hinge pins.



Plastix Ejector Pin

Front set done

Yes, I probably spent that much too I have watched Orange County Choppers so many times, and you would think I could follow their lead. Start with trial assembly, then get everything chromed, anodized, powder coated,.....etc, then final assembly. I went the other route and had to have the chassis and a few other parts re-anodized I guess for my first build I was bound to make some mistakes. I just wish it did not cost so much!!!!
