I wish they were still in the RC business.

As it is my primary is a futaba 4PL. Can't be beat for the price.

I have the flysky as well, it just doesn't feel robust enough to hold up over the long run and is not near as user friendly as the 4pl.

I run the hk-310 http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...d%5FRadio.html

I really think the gt3b looks cheap with the plastic chrome knobs and gawdy large screen.

People love their futabas (they have to, they paid more for them than my first car cost) and this radio has fhss just like futabas.

If you don't set epa's they have a 3 channel model with no computer functions for even cheaper, and a cheap non-computer 2 channel model. Receivers are under $10

DX3S Love it...simple to program. My only gripe is the backlighting.

5. TEN T 2650 T8, MMP ON 3S

Backlit dx3s. Love the telemetry and I already had bunch of spek receivers sooo. Also run a life 2s with diodes and poof no more aa's. Although the alkaline batteries did last forever in it it seemed to go dead at inopertune times.

$500 for the initial system and $90 bucks for aditional receivers? That is totally insane. I have used one for about 20 minutes and yes it worked great! Just as good as my 18 dollar system :)

Built Ford tough, with Chevy stuff.

500 bucks is a bit much for me just to go straight. Now I would consider the Fat Tuba if I also owned boats, crawlers and tanks.
