SuicideNeil:
I wish Traxxas would just come out and say that then if that is the case, not cover it up and close the thread.

MiamizFinest:
I already own a XL2 and just about every other esc castle has made. I was a major castle fanboy.

It was easy for you to buy another esc. It sounds like you have a nice big LHS in town that stocks larger ESCs other dissatisfied costumers may not have that same luxury.

EzFire that's a good one! No futaba here just a cheap looking, shinny plastic button, big gaudy screen $30 FlySky gt3b I would rather use over the TQI. I know your right about making some coin by selling the stock system. I need to put mine up on ebay pronto.

Thanks for the help guys.

OK,

Well, this is what's going on:

1. Castle Link Live is operational on the TQ radio. New features will be available soon to do some very cool things through Link Live.

2. The release of software that supports the Mamba Monster Extreme (and CLL) hasn't been made public yet. It will go live sometime this week. We are doing some final beta testing right now.

3. CLL, while being supported in the next software release, isn't implemented on Castle Link yet -- so no "live mode" programming from the PC/USB yet...

Thanx!

Patrick

LOL couldn't help it, LOL Your right about finding the XL2 in stock locally I WAS EXTREMELY lucky i called around the 8 hobbyshops around me with in 15 miles and found only one with it in stock. Some hobby shops i wonder how they even stay open.......When i got my XL2 it was also impossible to find bullet connectors.........HOW CAN ANY SHOP NOT CARRY BULLETS!!!!

I called one shop and some redneck picked up........i asked if they sold bullet connectors and he tolled me, that i should know what places im calling because they do no sell bullets nore guns...........I sayed I KNEW THIS WASN'T A GUN SHOP AND I KNEW I WAS CALLING A HOBBY SHOP, i tolled him to go a google search what i was looking for......5 minuets later he cam back on the line and tolled me they don't sell that...........LOSER!!!!

WoW, that sucks my friend. There is plenty of shops around here but how most of them stay afloat is something i really don't understand. Regardless of how many shops there is around me truthfully they usually dont solve anything for me........Since all of them pretty much only deal with HPI, TRAXXAS, and the million little RTR Losi cars they've remixed left and right.......

If i need something for my 8ight.....HA nothing......If i need something for my RC8B.....NADA....Mugen??? HAHAHA........and the list goes on and on.......

The only 2 cars that i own that i can actually find parts locally for is my E-Revo, and of course because its traxxas........ Second to that is my Kyosho VE/GT.........and that's only becuase im lucky to have a KYOSHO ONLY hobby shop in Miami which is one of the largest kyosho dealers in the USA. If anyone has ever ordered from MicroMacroMundo, AKA ROCOUSA.com....... uve ordered from these guys there HUGE in kyosho
