I'm running a 2000kv Tekin Truggy motor on 4s with 16/50 gearing in my D8T.

This is an offroad basher for me and it has plenty of speed. 40mph of so.

Good luck,
Nick

I run a CC1518 (1800kv) on 5s geared 18/51 in my LX1e and it's nuts offroad. Way too much power, but for an all around basher that can do around 50mph (with 18/51) it's alot of fun.
All man best info to.date I turned down the timing to zero and all is well I guess I just did not want to buy more batteries
