It has been possible to revive 'dead' lipos by charging them using nimh/nicad mode on your charger, just use a low charger current and hit it until the voltage rises above ~3.2v per cell ( of 6.4v total for a 2s pack ).
If there are zero volts though I would agree, check each cells individually, sounds more like a broken or cold joint inside the pack.. |
