I used Associated #89575 82mm (front) Associated #89576 108mm (rear) dogbones. RCM slipperential with Traxxas 6mm drive cups in the center and Mugen MBX7T diffs with UE 5mm drive cups on the pinions. That setup gets me about 2-3mm of end play on each bone.

May I ask why you use two different sizes cups?
Don't you have a lot of play in the 5mm cup?
Or is the 5mm the bore size Wich slides over the pinion?
