LiMn vs LiPo

What does it mean though by safer? Is it less likely to puff and flame.
I guess I should have asked question before I bought them not after.
They still lighter than my 18 nimhs by pretty good bit. I think they are real close to the lipo if you match the c ratings up to. I remember you talking about these once before metal man. Thanks for the info to. You like a lithium guru.
