Serum RC-Monster Admin Offline Posts: 10,480 Join Date: Feb 2005	06.05.2006, 05:56 PM On 5S lipo, i would advice you a lower KV motor. the 9L is too hot. the 7XL would be closer, but it will be relative hot, considering you live in Texas.. :) Something in the 2000 rpm/v range would be great. A basic XL2000 would be nice too. An 8S on 3S lipo is not the first setup i would have recommend for use in an e-maxx..
