Programming my dual 7XL's

Just got it running yesterday and have yet to drive it out in the street. The old dual 9L's ran 51mph so hoping to get a little bit more out of the 7XL's.
Here is an old pic of it http://www.rcpics.net/img/67700 it now has the 7XL's in place of those 9L's and two 5s LiPo's in place of the 28 NiMh's.
I need to quit spending money on this thing and spend some on some kind of movie program for my computer so I can down load the vids.
