BTW: I calculated ~83mm (3.25") diameter to account for battery bars, wiring, and a tiny gap between each cell where they are hotglued together. Plus, I didn't want to have to wrestle the pack in there. :)

I was talking about your75mm (2.95) estimation for length . Do you want the shrink tube with glue inside? That's the thickest stuff I know of but a total pain to get off.Is it worth building you own to save 7-8 dollars? Not really saving that much if you have to pay for the expensive heat shrink. I'm new and have been thinking of building my packs but couldn't find were it would save me very much money in the long run.
