What i do sinice i dont have a gear puller here is what i do . First you take off the clutch bell & clutch shoes & clutch nut. Then you turn the motor over & put the crank shaft on something solid. Then i take a adjustable wrench & adjust it to fit the back side of the flywheel & tap both sides with a hammer & the flywheel pops right off. I hope this helps :027: .

thanks hippie, but i already bought a flywheel puller. it works really well!

You did the right thing. You should always use the right tool for the job, so you dont screw anything up .
