Yes I hear that alot, but yet it seems every time I go up a tooth on my pinion it only results in hotter temps.
I just tried a 3 cell with the 12t pinion/90t spur, and it does run cooler. With that gearing its actually not very fast so I am going to make up a 4 cell battery and see if that gives me the power/temps I am aiming for. |
