Sounds like your batteries just have had it or something...Have a picture? By the way, did you have the UBEC soldered to the Deans on the battery connector? Or the battery connectors on the ESC? ESC is best...

Don't have a picture because I seperated the batteries since I can't use them again and I removed the metal deans connectors for future use.

The UBEC is soldered to the Deans connections on the battery not the ESC. According to the EBEC instruction sheet it says to the deans.

Also, some of the shrink wrap pulled away on the UBEC. I assume it is from the overheating problem but there was no signs of over heating on the UBEC. The shrink wrap is not burnt and I touched the UBEC and it wasn't hot.
