Better then nothing. I suppose when I build my G2R I'll try it with out. If everyone else thinks it's fine.

I run a reversed maxx tranny on my ERevo and have a gear cover as not to have battery wires get sucked into the gears. I used a stock emaxx one, just trimmed the bottom a bit and used ~3mm of fuel tubing as spacers to clear the spur and pinion. Had one experience of batt wires into the gears on the Emaxx I care not repeat. :)
