What do people think about BK returns/rapair policy? I have an old 9920 which is broken, no wires or insulating, just the circuit boards basicly - do you think BK would replace it?

It cost me $75 USD one time and $85 the other. The first time, it took 4 months, the second time 6 months. Most likely they won't replace it for free.

I actually fried my 9920 and they replaced it for free...I think it got a little wet from a little puddle, but still don't know to this day...And it only took about a month for them to replace it....

IMO, you are lucky! The last 9920 that came back I sold quickly after getting it. There are better companies out there than BK... (CC)
