The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

Those are Team integys heatsinks, there supposed to be fans over them, but I tooked them away, in other words they were broken.
And yes the pinion thing is from Finedesign

Allright I probably order the parts tomorrow :004: . So do I need anything else to get my Gen moving.
These are in my list:
Two maxamps 11,1 V 8000 Mah lipos
Bk 12XL motor
Some extra bearings for the motor
Do I need Lipo saver?

Yes, you need the lipo-saver and a UBEC.
The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

I think I will use external receiver pack.
How many cells this saver can take? And do I need that on both lipos?

You only need one, its good for up to 12s.

Weee! The stuffs has arrived :004: .. I mounted the motor to it place, so tomorrow I try to get some pics and maybe some video in action :027: . But still had to do plenty of things first..

Yeah, that's a 24 cell strong 2230/17 with a schulze 40.170, he is using a planetary 6:1 reduction.
it took him quite some time and effort before he had the driveline in tact..

Ok..
Now I have little problem with the maxamps lipos. My charger uses this kind of socket to charge the lipo (white thing)
Here is maxamps and robbes connectors:
So my question is that can I change the robbe connector to maxamp lipo?
