OK. I set the cutoff at 5.9v and ran a freshly charged IB3600 NiMh pack. With the cutoff set that low the problem definitely wasn't as bad, but the truck is faster with the cutoff disabled. It seems that this soft cutoff could be the source of it. Maybe it is too soft.
