Switching between the two won't bother anything. The motor doesn't care as long as the RPMs stay in the desired range, and the UBEC doesn't case as long as the input voltage isn't higher than it is rated for.
However, your LVC setting in the ESC may kick in if you use NiMH and the voltage drops below the set voltage. |
