One thing you have got to do is toss those white Tamiya connectors and put some Deans or Andersons on there.... you will probably feel the difference right away. Or you can wait until the white connectors melt together and you are forced to replace them, lol...
It is a brushed stock emaxx controler and motor. I know i need to get the deans on there just never got around to it. the batts are prettyh much dead anyway so i will throw some deans on the new batts.
