I really wouldn't mind a 540 motor... if it'll fit. For this project, I'm going with the layout with the motor on one side and the batts on the other. That'll leave me more room on top for the electronics.

Another thing; does anyone know what the spur pitch is? I wonder if there is a Delrin spur that will even work. At worst, I can simply use the stock clutchbell and have someone make a pinion.
