You can remove the diff by simply removing about 10 screws...If I remember correctly, you only have to remove the 2 front in the bottom of the case, the 2 lower on the shock tower, the sway bar, and bumper. Maybe I'm forgetting a couple, but you don't have to take the whole thing apart.

I actually took the front and rear assemblies off the truck, i figured it would be easier to manipulate them. 12 for the front and 11 for the back (including the ones that hold it to the chassis). It wasn't that bad, but I guess the LSP has been around for a while and the design is not as user friendly as the newer truggies?
What are brushless guys running in the center diff? I figure I would run 7K in the front and 5K out back like on a nitro setup, and I planned on 50K for the center to reduce the ballooning of the fronts under acceleration. Is this too thick for the center diff?
