I had a converted rc10gt with a mm 5700. It was nice and handled great. I now have a AE rc10T team addition from around 1990. I got it for free from a very good friend; it was practically unused. It should have gone on the shelf but I just had to put the MM5700 with a 3s lipo. I have no problems with it at all. The transmission holds up fine, plus it uses almost all the same suspension components as the rc10gt, so parts are easily found...

So in short rc10gt's are great electric!
