Daf:

Hi,

I too am starting to like crawlers. I have yet to see one in person but I have read about them and been to a few web sites just for them.
for me I like to build. and wrench. I really enjoyed it when my son was racing. when he started to get really good I quit racing and just wrenched for him. we had 4 years of him doing well at big races around where we lived. (onroad) and five years of off road racing too.
I can't paint worth a ...... same for mouting up bodies on sedans. but I can make them work on most any track. offroad I have been away from for awhile but I plan to race every weekend it doesn't rain this summer both days.

I feel for you about getting land for a track. we had a great place to race on asphalt but lost it because of the noise from Nitro sedans. we had just put $7000 in the same asphalt they use in the tracks for NASCAR down too. now it just sits empty. I truly hope you find a good piece of land for your club to build a track on.

Thanks

Tim

Just leave the truck stock and find a field. That is what I did with my son at the age of 3 yrs.
