can't believe the eagletree is that far off. can you measure the pack with a voltage meter while hooked onto the vehicle?

I just topped up the pack, after i took it off it was still 18 volt. Okay, this time it is saying 17.6 volts? what is going on? I wasn't hooked up to a vehicle, i was doing a bench test with my old 820 dewalts, they can take alot of current running nothing but themselves, those selfish brushed hooligans! :005:
