It's a HUGE store...it's not just an internet-only place out of someone's garage. They won't screw you.

Their in-store customer service sucks bad, but they have a HUGE inventory IF you can talk any of the many slackers that work there to actually be so kind as to actually pull it off a hook for you. I've stopped going there entirely...but some of their online prices are really good.
