indoor track is tight and technical. fairlly large crossover jump is cool. I run my 808 in there sometimes. 1/10 scale is no problem. dont have a pick at the moment. ill look.

The pictures are coming and a video of the long jump contest. I had fun even though the track was tough. I had a problem with my Neu's thread giving away and the main, I thought some thing went wrong, but it was my fault. My Deans came loose . The ESC worked perfect. Too bad the driver wasn't able to perform like it. It was an honor meeting some of you guys face to face.

It was nice meeting all of you again! Sadly I broke my CRT's knuckle about 3 laps into the first qualifier(aluminum and hard coated). I wish I could have stayed and actually raced! Who won the electric truggy? What about the long jump?

Bye

Mike to the elec truggy and MT - I managed third in both - One more lap and I would have won LOL as mike's CVD went on final lap and the number 2 Ben's battery cut out!

I picked up the long jump with a X1CR on 1512 1y 2600KV 5S... Very odd this MMM thing - It survived multiple long jumps / back flips and then dies cruising back around to the pits with the BEC failure! Go figure...

It was too wet and too mad a course for the .5's which was a shame... next year maybe...

Nice to meet Mike, Luciano, E-revonut, finnster (no cars), cemetery gates, Dave, Ben and Jamie from FLM - Mike and Jamie had been busy at the machine shop knocking up a new 1/8 buggy chassis which looked great - The slipperential was in attendance too!

The funniest moment for me was when I lost a 6s1p A123 pack out the side of my G3R mid way through the a main mt - Landed at luciano's feet - He looked most surprised when I drove off as I kept running with the remaining 6s1p pack - lol - Both gorillamaxx straps broke and the one remaining pack stayed in with just my cross strap. I was bloody lucky I didn't get a short with the a live male deans adapter just floating around but I wasn't stopping for anything but flames! The pack held up really well though on 6s1p.

PS One other MMM died today of BEC failure at the track.

hey im BEN not dan. LOL yea i had my cut off set to 12.8 and with 1/2 a lap left it stopped. I pushed the car over the line LOL . 5s 3700 pack. There was so much traction it was making both my cars push terrible.couldnt use the throttle to make the car pivot for the tight turns it would just lift the ft tires. i thinking mechanical brakes for conditions like this.

i had an old nitro xb8 for the long jump and the clutch bell bearing broke so i used the 808 but the battery already had a 10 minute main on it and didnt have enough left in it.
really nice meeting everyone.

oh and both my V1 and V2 are still working. the v2 is unmodded and the v1 has an external bec and fan
