And I think theres something whacky going on with the post, I'm suddenly receiving a bunch of parcels I was worried about and have been waiting over a month for. If you have express dont you get a tracking number?

You would think so BUT THEY NEVER GAVE IT TO ME. Personally I don't think they have sent it yet or at least didn't send it when they said they did. I have dealt with the retailer multiple times before and I have no doubt I will get the sidewinder it just takes time.
It's freezing here. I'm in the ACT and it's way too cold. Summer isn't a problem for me I love the heat but keeping the electrics cool when the tar they are running on is +50c (122f) is a bit of a challenge. You chew up tires really quick on hot tar too. My main complaint about winter is that it is dark by the time I get home. I have been getting up earlier in the morning so I can take the dog for a walk in the morning when there is some daylight. I also work in an office with no natural light so daylight is precious. Plus riding to and from work in the cold and dark isn't as much fun as it sounds either.

I still haven't received an e-mail saying that my MMMv2 has been shipped.
|
I'm hoping to receive mine next week since it takes 6-9 days for packages to egt to Japan through the military postal system. I received the email and tracking number yesterday though Joe Ford told me about this last Thursday. CC is also sending some banners we can put up on our home-made track inside the military base.

I put an hour of total track time on my v2 today with 5S in a buggy & it ran perfect but the fan did stop (I think). I have not checked it out yet.

My V1 has a few hours on it with 4s lipo and a 1515 1.5d, and no issues so far.
I did clearance the bottom of the case so that the fan plug did not rest on it. I also enlarged the opening that the signal and switch wires exit thru. And I added some high density foam underneath the main pcb to support it. That way the board could not knock against the bottom cover during a hard landing. My fan still works too.
