mckrill the gorilla tape i have just used to belt my bad land tyres and my large MOAB tyres is amazing!!! Very little but even tyre ballooning for perfect contact with the ground! You should defintiely use it!

When i installed i did two complete wraps to make sure it was clean. But before sticking it, i cleaned the tyre with alcohol to remove any dirt.
I got the Gorilla Tape today and picked up some more wheels as I used for belting with the Tesa Duct tape - I hope for a difference to the better.
I'm also doing a complete haul over of all moving parts in the car, including the diffs, bearings etc. Hope to be up and running again within a day or two..
Right now I have to find out a way to safely secure the radiator and pump to the shassie.. There are no mounting holes or brackets - so back to the work shop.
You are putting a lot in your chassis... its a shame is basically stock length, otherwise you could have plenty of space in there if it was a little longer. I doubt your truck is 14lbs any longer with those big wheels and tyres.... but who cares when you are running 14s!
