Well, if you dont care about a little extra weight, the alum. is nice, but the carbon fiber looks soo sweet with a aluminum maxx.
The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

I did get the G3 suspension, it is awesome! in a week or so, going to get the carbon fiber. will send pics once it's started, then when it's finished. I know this is a little late on this thread, but had to say it! Thanks for the advice guys!

I do, but not liking it so much. hard to mount the batts and it's causing interference i think cuz i can't go more thatn 20 feet! But my goal has always been the carbon fiber gorilla. Tried to go a cheaper route. no biggy i guess, the FLM will just go on my gorils emaxx...LOL, she gets allt he stuff i take off, pretty soon, i'll build a third!

Wow, I would never let a girl drive my trucks (even if it was built out of spares). My friend let his neighbor (girl) drive his T3 and she managed to totally destroy the front end in about 2 minutes of run time with a burnt out 17T Speed Gem!!! I mean, thats like a record lol...
I would hate to imagine what would happen with a Brushless E or G2R...
40mph + curb or very stationary object = ouch

When she wants, I let my wife drive all my trucks, including a mad mad fast BL 1/8 buggy and the wicked G3R on 5S. She's very carefull. I even leave her jump them.
But when I go out for RCing, and she joins me, I'll make sure to bring a ghetto rig, such as the Revoxx or the GMaxx of my son.
Neweuser, please share pics when you're done.

Yeah, i built her a stock emaxx to drive. She can't quite handle the speed yet. And you are right...speed + curd = OUCH! She is very careful with mine, but with her own, i think the curbs have magnets or something! I figured, if she has her own, she can't get mad at me for running rc and she can crash her own stuff. WE nick named her crash-n-smash!

Then again...I wouldn't mind letting a girl drive my Nitro Revo or T-Maxx in a field...I mean...how much damage can you do on a flat surface? lol
