then again, for those whove seen red vs blue, theres the always the grif option(aka screw it im too lazy)
i tried to tell ben to try that when we made the mount. he was like nahh

thats alway an option Ill admit, but if it aint' broke (and by broke I mean flexing) dont fix it. and thank you :)

I dont see the mount flexing. i did a stationary test on carpet the other day, put the front wheels against the wall and gunned it. nothing moved.. with the old mount the aluminum would flex andthe pinion would walk up the spur gear until it no longer meshed and would skip.
I think i found a winner with this mount.

Finally got my Novak battery trays, They are pretty nice peices and definately a step above the handmade predecessors.
I turn seventeen on monday (w00t license)! and should be bringing in a decent amount of cash, RCM motor mount is next on the list, along with some new rubber and a body.

Another update-
Tore the truck down for a bit of cleaning, I ended up trimming the motor mount down, and painting it and the upper deck black to match the truck, turned out really nice.
Then after messing with the truck, the dangling switch just annoyed me too much so I epoxied it to the MMM case.
