Too bad you missed the previous one. So this one will be on August 17th or 24th at the construction site TDC knows about or LeBard park. Now to actually make the final decisions...

I thought it was the 24th
The Site in Santa Monica should be a total blast!, I just need to confirm power!, I spoke with the site superintend on Friday and he said he'll even grade us out a track on 1/2 acre if we wanted too, but he wants in!..
Once power is confirmed we should decide between the park or the construction site. I’ll now by Monday the 28th.
Have a great one..
P.S.
Bring your badlands and spare parts

That sounds absolutely awesome Shawn! I am definitely looking forward to it. I just hope the MMM's will be shipping by then. Then I'll have two more cars running.

Your beast looks great!
Plans really do seem to change quickly. It turns out I have a soccer game on Sunday the 24th... would it be too big of an inconvenience to you guys to move the bash to the 17th of August? Would that still work for you guys? Sorry about the late notice, but I asked my dad right when this topic was posted and he said I didn't have anything on the 24th and that we'd be on vacation on the 17th, and now he got an email saying I have a game on the 24th and no vacation on the 17th... go figure how that happened so quickly. Sorry again guys. Hopefully all the same people can still make it there the 17th...?
EDIT: What happened to the buggy TDC? Is it a surprise?

17th is fine by me.
I think he removed it 'cuz it's no longer a "sneak peak".

...if it's in Santa Monica I'm in
shaun,
if I can't make it, I've got a cool mod done to your G3 that I'd give for you to run. Hopefully the MMM will be ready, but if not you can throw any esc in the 6s-8s realm and the G3 will haul arse....

The 17th should be good with me. I think I am going to try and convince my friend who has played around with my RC's a bit to come up with me. The more the merrier, right? Though I'll probably only have a few working cars to bring. You never know though!
Whereabouts is it, and at what time? The earlier for me, the better, haha. I want to be able to beat traffic, but I don't mind staying all day once I get there

Hmmm, thats really too bad Shawn... maybe postpone the bash until a little later? At least hopefully by that time the MMM ESC's will be shipping and we'll be able to bring even more working cars and trucks. I don't feel right requesting to have the bash a week earlier and then the "organizer" himself can't even make it...
