Oh, ok. I haven't seen one of the newer trays yet, so I'll shut up for now.

I didn't notice that you hadn't pushed the tray right over the mud guard , no wonder it didn't fit .

What damage have you caused to the tray

I didnt like the slanted look that i get wit the tray when I push it all they way against the mud guards so I tried to dremel a little in the front to make it fit. Well my kid was bothering me when I was doin it and sliced one the wall off. Function wise its okay but astheticall isnt that great.

Looking at your picture again, it looks like you simply don't have the battery box against the mud guard at the rear (it is straight on the chassis, but the chassis is not straight). I am confident that your box will work perfectly. :)

I figured that I would have to push the tray all the way up against the mud guards. In the meantime, I didnt like the tilt/crooked look so I tried to dremel to make it look straight and in the process caused more damage then good. If I put the tray against the mud guards then its no prob. I have to get a new tray. Can I get a discount on the tray Mike? lol.. thanks..
