I don't care what Billy has said regarding the legality of what happened, what he did was wrong morally. He mislead buyers into thinking they were buying top of the line UE stuff, and even if the parts he sold were 7075 AL, there is a lot more that goes into the strength of a product that the material choice. It is quite obvious from the pictures shown on this thread that these pieces were a far cry from the quality machining that UE is known for, and that will affect strength. If Billy makes good on his guarantee then it is a step in the right direction for him, I however would not buy from him in the future knowing know about his apparent lack of moral values and trustworthiness.

UE does not do any machining. Robin had used different shops to make his parts .

By the way, I got my money refunded by Scott(billytrucks).

well thats good to hear about you getting your money back. And thats interesting to here that UE doesn't actually make their own parts, i guess thats where the "engineering" comes in, lol.
