Get yourself a jigsaw and some metal blades. And a sharpie. The profile was traced off a flux tvp. Al was 20 bucks shipped, and I have enough to do the lst chassis and the tvps, and a few small parts.

Got busy Cory, have not really had a chance to do anything rc for a few weeks, save for making lipos and lipo repairs... I guess life got in the way. And now I have poison ivy on my arms, legs, and face... I was clearing some of my land, and I guess nature got me back! So I guess rc is on hold for a bit.

Yep, you probably had a date lined up for this weekend too right? Thats just how things go sometimes. Anyways, hope it clears up for ya soon. I've been lurking here for a while now and have probably read all your build threads. I've got a savage X thats on the back burner waiting for me to finish up my E-Revo first. You should draw up some files on your chassis my buddy down the road has a CNC....

So I got the other tvp cut, drilled a few holes and mounted the front and rear assys on. Looking good, and I should be able to get the tranny in tomorrow, after I cut the tranny and motor plate access holes.

Nice, clean cuts. Wish mine were so sexy. Too bad you're gonna destroy those looks with a tranny.
Which body is that?
SH Z-Car, Custom Crawler, 8s Savage, 12s XTM XLB 1/7 buggy, 4wd 4-link rear/IFS Pro4 truck, Custom Hyper 10 Short Course, Belt-Drive Mammoth ST 1/8 truggy, 4s 17.5 MM Pro HPI Blitz

Just get a bandsaw and a few hand files... I may take some 100 grit on a da and smooth the edges a bit more, but I doubt it!
The body is the ford f650 body from proline. I think it is the one they sell for the cen trucks. 15" WB is a bit long, maybe 3/8" longer than idea for the body, but that is what the muggy center shaft gave me, and the lipo fits well too. Not too long, I doubt the flux 2200 motor will have any issues on 5s.
