Linc. btw, I am not sure about in the states, but here in Saskatchewan, Canada, our power generation plants use a clean burning technique by grinding the coal and literally spaying it into the combustion chamber and all that comes out of the smoke stack is not much of anything, just a wisp of white smoke. Much of the power being generated is not used most of the time, so it would not contribute to much of anything. It bugs me when EV critics use that as there main excuse when they don't even bother to look at the numbers...
+1 on this. This talk about "electric cars pollute the same" is just plain stupid. Many big cities have problems with smog and polluted air. Electric cars resolve this easily plus many other.
20 years ago I was drawing up all kind of speaker boxes. Closest thing to a brushless motor was the speaker motor assembly.
I knew one day some of the things I drew back then would somehow become true. I don't know when the twin induction set up was invented, but I've read about a few that was made not so long ago. There are some things in my drawings that I think are still unique. Some of the drawing you can see some black things on the bottom of the car. At the time I had an idea of those being used as air brakes and also to help in hard cornering. They would pop open and channel air to help achieve it.
Yeah, I recall a twin induction engine setup as well, can't remember what though...
One thing I thought of way back when, later 90's when I was in junior high I came up with idea of using capacitors for an electric cars power buffer, or hybrid electric... I searched and searched but never found anything on the subject for cars for years.
Still looking for my old sketches, I know I never threw them out...

Maybe there will be a job opening for you in the Tesla company now Lutach....
I'll gladly pass . If the company's founder(s) were let go, that shows you what kind of company it is and people behind it. I'm not going to use my money to venture into a EV market, but if I do find a crazy investor to bring back the program that made the drive system I talk about, then you will see how far technology can go. You'll be invited to come and see.
