Yea. I bought some True RC 8000mah 3S2P packs. They were about 3mm to wide though. All I had to do was Dremmel the inside of them down a few mm. There was a good 5 or 6mm on the inside to start with...It should be done in a couple weeks at most, given all things go right...It actually looks completely different now (to me anyway...).

Yup. Those are pictures of mine. They were the ones he used in the auction actually...I'm not holding out :p. I just need to take some, and I've been busy lately...

I believer there Mugen MBX-5 turnbuckles, but I'm not positive.

I can't comment on the packs yet since I have yet to use them, but I expect them to be well worth the money.

I would do alot of things to be honest. It basically depends on alot of things though. Do you have a problem going to 17mm or 23mm hubs? If not, I would do a 8mm axle conversion. If you are interested, I'll give you all the links you need to do it. I would also go with GTX2 f/r bulks. They are a direct replacement and are alot stronger. I would also do the buggy upper arm mod. They are alot stronger, less slop, as well as allows you to use buggy 22* front hubs. There are alot of things you can do to it. I would recommend truggyracers.com. They have a list of all the modifications you can do.

By the way, as for hop-up parts (aluminum), I would go with Edit RC parts. There pretty much the only place to get them....

Links would help!

I might go with 23mm adaptors in the future, ill have to see first if any thing will break!

Let me know if you need the 8mm axle conversion kit parts...

Heres the parts for the upper arm mod:

22* hubs

buggy arms

upper arm pins

balls for rod ends

you can use these (the things on the far left and right sides, they should have came with your truck) or I would recommend these instead.

I would also go with this to eliminate some flex.
