I can sympathize with the way you feel, even if we are coming at this from different angles. But any old "brand-x" person ain't going to cut it, right? Find the person you left behind 8 years ago when you took a detour with this young lady. Get your life back man. It's all about emotional balance. And as with our beloved hobby, the more balance ya got, the faster out of the corners (ie, the moments where life has you down) and the the better you fly.

Get a pet cat or dog, or something else cute that offer lots of affection ( tribble perhaps? ). I live on my own & it does get kinda lonely, but being in a 5th floor flat makes owning anything other than fish a hassle; the mouth action on gold-fish is kinda tempting though for a singleton....

Neil, your messing things up. I'm trying to give the guy a pet Harold. Of course he'll take a cat over me. Sheesh

i have a cat, she isnt a fan of cudleing or affection too much, she is kind of a bitch

Send that motor back to Neu they should fix it for free.They fixed my 1515 1.5d with a shattered rotor for the price of shipping.
